The public site currently does not use a health intake form or advertising pixels. Basic technical request logs may be processed by the hosting and network provider as part of site delivery and security.

The treatment directory may retrieve publicly published facility data from the California DHCS ArcGIS endpoint in your browser. If you select that view, requests are made to the state data service. External public directories and contact links have their own privacy practices.
Do not share sensitive personal or clinical information with our general business email. Send only nonclinical business messages.
