Provider Pilot FAQ

An early conversation, not a service enrollment. These answers explain who may express interest, what happens next and what the website can safely accept today.

Who is this pilot designed for?

The current interest pathway is for professional representatives of detox and treatment facilities, sober living and recovery-housing operators, and discharge or care-coordination organizations. Southern California is the first research focus. An organization outside the region can express interest, but expansion is not promised.

  • Provide an organization name, professional contact and the city or county where the business operates.
  • Describe a general business workflow or information need—not an identifiable person or treatment case.

Does submitting interest guarantee acceptance?

No. A successful submission only confirms that a business inquiry was received. There is no automatic admission into the pilot, facility account activation, customer onboarding, signed partnership or access to referral software. Further verification and approvals would be separate steps.

Is there a fee, contract or published launch date?

No final pilot price, membership rate, contract or public launch date is established on this website. We will not imply a free operational service or guarantee a future price. Any eventual commercial terms must be provided explicitly and independently reviewed before acceptance.

What happens after a business inquiry?

The team may review the organization type, public business identity, geographic coverage and requested topics; if appropriate, it may contact the authorized professional using the business contact details submitted. Response times, pilot selection and future feature delivery are not guaranteed.

Can I send patient names, discharge paperwork or referrals?

No. The current public form accepts business contact information only. Do not include patient or resident names, diagnoses, health details, admission requests, discharge summaries, referral records or individually identifiable information. Any future person-level capability remains restricted pending separate legal, privacy, vendor and security approvals.

Can an operator create an account or show available beds?

The public-interest form is not an account request or live inventory feed. The site may show directory research and separate business registration pathways, but it does not currently offer customer placements, live vacancy confirmation or an authorized clinical handoff workflow.

Where can I read the conditions before contacting the team?

Start with the pilot participation guide and the data-protection explanation. The provider listing-readiness checklist is available for organizations preparing to discuss nonpersonal business details.
