Pilot interest does not equal customer onboarding, admission access, referrals or bed reservations. Proposed criteria include Southern California operations, accurate business contact information, organizational readiness and a willingness to share workflow feedback. Selection dates and commercial terms are not confirmed.
Who can participate
The early interest pathway is designed for organizations with a role in detox, substance-use treatment, discharge coordination or recovery housing. This includes independent housing owners and multi-property operators. Interest from other regions can be acknowledged for future planning, but the first pilot focus is Southern California.
How evaluation may work
Our team can review business identity, professional responsibilities, location coverage and operational needs, then discuss the potential shape of future coordination workflows. The review is exploratory. Detailed technical, security and legal requirements are still being validated and no organization should interpret outreach as a partnership contract.
Safeguards before any launch
Patient-specific intake, referral exchange, bed holds and resident waitlists are outside this public marketing pilot-interest workflow. Those capabilities, if approved, will be developed under separate identity, consent, legal, vendor and technical controls.
