Stage a facility invitation
First create an organization and its assigned business email. External invitation email is disabled until the required business-data and provider approvals are recorded. Staging does not grant login.
This stages an invited organization and operator record only. No external email is sent and no login is activated. Review the organization, issue an invitation under the separately governed onboarding process, and approve its business profile before activation.
To receive new applications, share the Facility Registration Application with eligible businesses. Applications appear in the registration and pilot inquiry pipeline for qualification; they do not issue login codes automatically.
