Facility Registration & Onboarding Center
One pipeline from business application to owner qualification, staged operator account and private business-profile approval. Review only organizational and business-contact information.
Controlled onboarding: Registration does not grant a facility login. Operator activation and external invitations remain separately governed; no public directory listing, resident information or clinical/referral workflow is enabled.
Application queue
Search by organization, business email or county; filter registrations and workflow status. All results come from the connected business D1 database.
External facility invitations remain disabled.
