Facility invitation ledger
Review business-only invitations, send approved invitations when external delivery is authorized, and revoke any unused activation link.
External partner invitations remain gated pending written business-data, vendor and operational approvals. This interface does not enable the gate or collect patient, resident, referral or clinical data.

Create business accounts from the owner dashboard. Sending is disabled while the external invitation gate is closed.
