Track each facility’s business profile review, operator verification and owner-recorded business checks before activating its private business account.
These two checks are attestations recorded by the owner, not independent licenses, accreditation or regulatory approval. Never record resident, patient, treatment, referral or clinical details. The external-invite gate and all regulated-service approvals remain separate.

Only the latest 200 business organizations are shown. Readiness is not permission to publish a directory listing, send facility invitations or operate patient transitions.
Owner verification checks
Record a check only after you have actually performed it for the submitted business-profile revision. Confirmation is stored with your owner identity and revision and appears in the audit history.
