Treatment, detox, sober living, recovery-housing and discharge-coordination organizations can submit a business registration application here. Welcome Home Bridge reviews applications before creating or inviting an operator account.

Registration application — not instant portal access. Submitting this form sends an application to the private owner review pipeline. No password, sign-in code or facility account is created automatically. External invitations and regulated services remain closed pending the required approvals.

You will be taken to a receipt page after your request is stored. Duplicate applications may return the same receipt. An owner must separately qualify your application, stage your business account, and authorize an invitation before facility login is available.

Already registered and activated?

Use your assigned facility email and password, or request a sign-in code, in the Facility Portal. A registration application alone does not qualify for a sign-in code.
