Directory claim reviews
Review requests from organizations to verify their connection to a public directory record. Decisions are recorded against the claim and audited.
Separate release boundary: Confirming a business contact does not create an operator account, verify a treatment license, publish or transfer a listing, authorize sharing, or enable patient-level workflows.
For facility registration decisions use Applications; for privately submitted business profiles use Business approvals. These are distinct reviews.
