Entering an email address does not register a facility. A Welcome Home Bridge administrator must first create a business account and the facility operator must activate its invitation. If that has not happened, no code will be sent.
For an activated operator, a one-time code works even while the organization's business profile is awaiting owner approval. Once signed in, you can create or reset your password. No Cloudflare management login is needed.
Not yet invited and activated? Submit business pilot interest for owner review, or open the owner-only mock facility walkthrough if you are the owner. Pilot interest does not automatically create a login or email a code.
