No exact residence address, map pin, resident or clinical data is shared. This is NOT an agreement to publish a public listing, a verified licensing claim, or an invitation to reserve a bed. You may withdraw consent, and edits to your approved profile require a new consent.
A withdrawal removes the facility from future private discovery responses immediately. This is separate from deleting prior partner communications or the original business record.
